Lightning Family Tournament

Lightning ITF Taekwondo welcomes Lightning Taekwon-Do from Lethbridge for our first friendly tournament. This will be a fun tournament with a focus on testing our skills against artists from another school in a safe place while being part of a bigger community. This is for all students from 4 years up to too old to be concerned. 

Competitors can compete in patterns, sparring, or board breaking. We will also have a team pattern competition with 5 member teams. Teams can be of mixed gender, rank and ages.
