Experience the Power of Lightning ITF Taekwondo
We have classes for all ages and abilities. Whether you have never tried the art or any art at all. Maybe you trained in the art before but at another school. We recognize belts that have been earned at other schools so you don't have to start all over unless you like that challenge.

Mr. Morningstar, the technical director for ITF-TAO will be coming out to our school on May 2. This will be for all students yellow belt or higher. The focus will be on patterns and techniques. The earlier part of the day will be focused on junior patterns and the afternoon for more senior belts. See below for registrastion.

With testing coming up on March 14 we will be having our usual test prep classes on March 7. Sign up at the dojang on the bulletin board. This is your opportunity to run through all of your testing material before the big day.
